W3P Women’s Wellness and Wellbeing Program

This program empowers women to upskill on body awareness, physical wellbeing and mental health. Through creating a safe and welcoming space for women, participants are supported to manage stress, build resilience, connect socially, and navigate difficult circumstances.

 

W3P operates as a weekly meeting space for women of all ages, from all cultures. Sessions are fluid in nature, but involve yoga, dance, breathing techniques, music, story-telling, casual chats, and - most importantly – laughter!

Following feedback from our ladies we are now also offering child minding service.
